It is our priority to make slimes as unique and wonderful as you. If there is something about our products that aren't meeting your standards, please let us know. We truly want to hear from you so we can make it right.
All sales are considered final- we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product. Shipment charges also cannot be refunded.
Our slimes are entirely handmade. As such, each slime may vary slightly in color, size, texture, and fragrance. These characteristics are not flaws, but rather a tribute to the organic nature of handmade goods.
Slimes are carefully measured and sealed to prevent leakage, and every order is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If any damage occurs, or you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us! We will happily replace your order, and work together to find a solution you find satisfactory.
